Treated canvas tarps are not recommended for indoors use because the tarp’s wax and dye treatment may rub off and stain indoor surfaces, such as carpet, wood floor, etc. Also, the treated canvas tarp has an odor. For indoor tarps, consider Vinyl Tarps, Poly Tarps, Untreated Canvas, Nylon Tarps and Mesh Tarps. Also consider if you need a Flame Retardant Tarp.
